This cake decorating demonstration is a great introduction to cake decorating using buttercream and sugar paste. It is ideal for beginner and intermediate cake decorators who would like to learn how to perfect their technique. During this demonstration you will enjoy a cup of tea with a slice of cake whilst learning how to sandwich a celebration cake together with buttercream and jam, crumb coat a cake to give the perfect base for a smooth finish, cover a cake with sugar paste, and create simple decorations including lettering.
