From Shore to Glass: The Dorchadas Rum Story is an immersive tasting and cocktail experience exploring the craft, sustainability and innovation behind Dorchadas, a premium rum producer based in the East Neuk of Fife. Throughout the session, the Dochadas team will introduce ther approach to rum-making in Scotland and their commitment to provenance. Guests will learn how locally sourced botanicals and repurposed ingredients, alongside innovative use of distilled Scottish seawater, influence flavours. The team will then present an interactive cocktail demonstration, and conclude with a guided tasting of some rums which showcase a range of styles and flavour profiles.
