Seabuckthorn: A Collaborative Celebration

Seabuckthorn Scotland, Fidra Gin, and East Lothian Countryside Rangers have teamed up to celebrate the incredible East Lothian seabuckthorn, its history and its many uses. Countryside Ranger John has all the inside knowledge on how this plant is managed out in the countryside of East Lothian, Seabuckthorn Scotland will share their most recent research, and Fidra will share some secrets behind the use of seabuckthorn in their distillation process. Talks will be followed by a Q&A session and tastings. We kook forward to welcoming you all 

Younger attendees interested in the subject are welcome, however gin samplings will only be available to those aged 18+. If you’re lucky enough to look under 25 and would like to participate in gin sampling, please bring along photo ID.
